Your Google Business Profile is your new homepage
When someone searches for a service near them, Google shows the local 3-pack, three business profiles, with reviews, photos, and a call button, above the regular results. For many searches, that's where the decision gets made.
An optimized profile means complete categories, fresh photos, regular posts, answered questions, and a steady stream of recent reviews. An empty or stale profile means you're invisible exactly when a customer is ready to buy.
